Age Requirements

All minor accounts opened online use the Joint with Right of Survivorship ownership type and require that the minor meet the following age requirements*.

• Checking — Ages 16 - 17
• Savings — Ages 5 -17
• Money market — Ages 5 - 17
• Certificate of deposit (CD) — Ages 5 -17
