Steve Utt was born and raised in Spokane and has been in commercial banking here for over 26 years. His understanding of the local market and experience in dealing with clients in the Northwest has given him valuable insights into what business clients need from their banker in order to compete and succeed in an ever more competitive market. Steve believes it is important to listen carefully to what a client perceives as their primary challenge and then to propose solutions to these challenges to enable the client to create wealth.

Steve has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of commercial banking, including operating loans and lines of credit, acquisitions and buy/sell arrangements, financing rapidly growing businesses, as well as all aspects of commercial real estate lending.

Steve graduated from Eastern Washington University, and he is an active community member participating in various civic, community and nonprofit organizations.
